Todd A. Taylor

Todd has lived in Oregon for more than 35 years and graduated from Sandy High School in Sandy, Oregon. After high school, he lived in Brazil for two years as a missionary for his church. He became fluent in Portuguese and grew to love hard work and service to others. He attended Rick’s College in Idaho and then finished his undergraduate degree in psychology at Portland State University. Todd attended Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon.
