S. Todd Banks is a criminal defense attorney at Stowell Crayk, licensed in both Utah and Nevada. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University and Creighton University School of Law. Banks previously served as a Deputy District Attorney and Chief Deputy at the Pershing County District Attorney’s Office for seven years, prosecuting a wide range of criminal cases including homicide, sexual assault, and DUI. He also served as the designated State prosecutor for the Burning Man festival.
