About Todd

Todd Cash Alofs is a Florida Bar and National Board of Trial Advocacy Board Certified Trial Lawyer. He holds a B.S. from Elmira College (1984) and a J.D. from Whittier College School of Law (1987). His legal career began with a judicial clerkship, followed by experience as an insurance defense trial attorney, and then as a plaintiff's personal injury and wrongful death trial attorney. He is admitted to practice in Florida, various U.S. Federal Courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Mr. Alofs has received an 'AV' rating from Martindale-Hubbell every year since 1996.
