Todd N. Hamilton is a partner in the firm whose practice areas consist of a wide range of insurance/personal injury defense matters, including the defense of employers in workers’ compensation and wrongful discharge claims, as well as the defense of trucking litigation, medical/pharmacy malpractice, products liability, premises liability and other complex litigation cases.
