Todd’s practice focuses on all aspects of family law including divorce, parentage, domestic partnerships, establishment or modification of parental rights and responsibilities, parent child contact, and child support. He also handles civil litigation, municipal law, estate planning, probate and landlord/tenant matters. Todd was admitted to the Vermont Bar in 1996. He has over twenty years of experience in family law. He served as a helicopter pilot in the United States Marine Corps and later in the Vermont Army National Guard, retiring as a Lieutenant Colonel. He is currently the coordinator and principal presenter in clinics for self-represented litigants in the Windsor County family court.
