Attorney Todd Taplin has over 35 years of litigation experience. He served as an assistant state's attorney for Madison County, Illinois, from 1988 to 1994, before entering private practice in 1994. He founded Taplin Defense Firm in April 2011. Todd is licensed to practice law in Illinois, Missouri, and the U.S. District Court of Southern Illinois, and focuses on criminal, DUI, and traffic defense, as well as personal injury cases. He also volunteers with Habitat for Humanity.
