Todd Turner is an Attorney at Law and Partner at Turner & Turner P.A. He graduated from Ouachita Baptist University and received his law degree from UALR School of Law. He has served as an officer in the Arkansas Army National Guard and as a deputy prosecuting attorney. He was awarded the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association’s Consumer Advocate Award in 2000 and is the Arkansas State Chairman for the National Association of Consumer Advocates. He has served on various bar associations and boards, including the Arkansas Bar Association House of Delegates and Board of Governors, and as president of the Southwest Arkansas and Clark County Bar Associations. He was nominated by Governor Mike Beebe as Chairman of the Democratic Party of Arkansas. His practice focuses on consumer cases, having served as class counsel in over 35 cases and handled over 20 appeals.
