Thomas R. Kline is a nationally recognized trial lawyer with an incomparable record of courtroom victories, including hundreds of seven- and eight-figure jury verdicts and settlements. He has achieved some of the largest verdicts in the U.S. and Pennsylvania history, notably in medical device and pharmaceutical cases. His work has led to significant safety improvements and he is a member and past president of the Inner Circle of Advocates. He has made substantial philanthropic contributions to legal education.
