Tom P. Ward is an experienced trial attorney, focusing on criminal defense and immigration. He has defended clients in jury trials ranging from DUI to sexual assault of a child, aggravated robbery and first-degree murder. Before coming to Bull and Davies P.C., Tom spent over a decade successfully representing clients for the Colorado State Public Defender. Tom has a proven track record of vigorously defending his clients at trial, having conducted over 50 jury trials, and achieving positive outcomes for clients in thousands of cases. Tom understands the overwhelming prospect of being accused of a crime. He collaborates with clients to effectively lead them through the legal system, using a strategic imaginative approach to his defense. He is a persuasive negotiator and works hard to achieve the most appropriate outcome and settlements for his clients. Tom's grandfather and father are both combat veterans of the United States Military.
