About Tom
Tom W. Dunaway, III, founded the Dunaway Law Firm in 1981. He received his Juris Doctor Degree from Cumberland School of Law in 1977 and a B.A. in Political Science from Wofford College in 1974. He was admitted to the United States Supreme Court and the Supreme Court of the State of South Carolina in 1977, and later to the United States Court of Appeals, Fourth Circuit (1978) and the United States Tax Court (1979). He served as an Anderson City Councilman for over 30 years and was a Certified Member of the Million Dollar Advocates Forum and Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum.
