About Tom
Tom solves tough legal problems. He specializes in dispute resolution, including trials, arbitrations and mediations, but he also counsels clients on a variety of corporate and family law matters. Before relocating to Salida, he clerked for a federal judge and practiced law for large law firms in Denver for thirteen years. He has represented clients ranging from individuals to governments to multinational conglomerates, and his work spans a variety of industries, including finance, manufacturing, construction, technology, marketing, real estate development, and blockchain. Tom takes a scientific approach to solving legal problems. His judicial clerkship and decade-plus experience working on high-stakes cases has trained him to eschew theatrics for common sense and persuasive advocacy on behalf of his clients. In his spare time, Tom races mountain bikes, skis, and spends time with his wife, Allison, his son, Brian, and German Shepherd, Uli.
