Tommy Tucker

Tommy Tucker has practiced law for over 40 years, primarily handling criminal defense, family law, and divorce cases. A cum laude graduate of Cumberland School of Law (1977), he served as a prosecutor for nearly six years with the Jefferson County District Attorney’s Office and the U.S. Attorney’s office before entering private practice. He later returned to the DA's office for four years before re-entering private practice and joining Don Hall in 2003.
