Mr. Dalton graduated first in his law school class of 1981 from Campbell University School of Law with honors. He has a BS degree with honors from Appalachian State University and graduated from West Henderson High School in Hendersonville, NC. He has been practicing law primarily in Transylvania, Henderson, Polk and Buncombe Counties for 36 years.
