Tracey A. Wood is a shareholder and criminal defense attorney at Van Wagner & Wood, S.C., specializing in drunk driving defense. She is nationally recognized as Wisconsin's foremost authority on drunk driving laws and defenses, and is the first Wisconsin attorney appointed to the National College for DUI Defense Board of Regents. She is also a past president and president-elect of the Wisconsin Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and a certified Standardized Field Sobriety Test Instructor. She has successfully litigated federal cases and authored several articles and books on DUI defense.
