About Trent
Trent P. Roddy practices tort and insurance litigation in state and federal courts. His primary practice areas include trucking and transportation industry defense, cargo claims, automobile liability, insurance coverage, premises liability, products liability, redhibition, professional liability, construction law and appellate advocacy. Trent is a member of the Louisiana State Bar Association, the Louisiana Association of Defense Counsel, the Defense Research Institute (Trucking Law Committee), the New Orleans Bar Association, and the New Orleans Association of Defense Counsel. Trent graduated from Louisiana State University in 2001, when he was awarded admission to Phi Beta Kappa. Trent earned his Juris Doctor in 2004 from Tulane University School of Law, where he was Associate Executive Editor of the Tulane Journal of International and Comparative Law and a member of the Dean’s Academic Affairs Committee. He also participated in the Tulane Legislative & Administrative Law Clinic and The Public Law Center. Trent and his wife Jennifer have three sons.
