About Trenton
Trenton J. Ongert is a member of Bloch Ongert, joining in 2010 and becoming a partner in January 2013. His extensive litigation practice covers ski injury law, auto, motorcycle, and trucking collisions, insurance law (including bad faith), slip and falls, dog bites, construction defect, real estate, and contract disputes. He has successfully argued high-profile cases to the Colorado Court of Appeals, Colorado Supreme Court, and United States Tenth Circuit Court of Appeals. Mr. Ongert is recognized for his expertise in ski injury cases, teaching seminars and being interviewed by news media. He also has experience as an insurance defense litigator, providing him with unique insight into insurance company strategies. Additionally, he assists clients with probate matters, estate planning, and family law.
