About Trey
Frank E. “Trey” Simmerman, III is a complex personal injury, energy, public sector, and insurance litigator. He graduated from West Virginia University College of Law in 2011 and holds a Masters of Science in Risk Management and Insurance (MS-RMI) from Florida State University. Trey has negotiated and litigated matters involving thousands of acres of mineral rights across West Virginia, and represents municipalities and public bodies.
