Troy D. Barnett

Troy D. Barnett is a life-long resident of the Mahoning Valley, born in Youngstown, Ohio. He graduated Magna Cum Laude from Youngstown State University in 1993 with a degree in psychology and a minor in criminal justice. He then attended The University of Akron, School of Law, graduating in May 2000 and passing the Ohio Bar Examination.
