Troy is a partner with the firm and has extensive experience representing people in single event cases and classes of people in complex litigation cases. Troy has served as lead and trial counsel on behalf of clients in both federal and state courts throughout the country. Since joining the firm, Troy’s primary focus has been complex national cases involving breach of fiduciary duties under ERISA.
