Troy Horton is a native Philadelphian with over 26 years of legal experience. He is a graduate of West Chester University of Pennsylvania and the Texas Southern Thurgood Marshall School of Law. He has extensive public and private practice experience, having worked as a public defender, labor lawyer, and legislative legal counsel in the U.S. Virgin Islands. He has extensive knowledge in all areas of Personal Injury. His interests include staying active, participating in sports, and spending time with his family.
