Troy is originally from Maryville, Missouri. After graduating from Maryville High School, he received his B.A. in Political Science and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Missouri. He was admitted to the Missouri Bar in 2000. Troy’s practice is focused on civil matters, including personal injury, wrongful death, and automobile accident claims.
