Troy M. Mueller heads LyfeLaw’s business litigation and trial departments, representing both plaintiffs and defendants in State, Federal Courts, and arbitration. His expertise spans shareholder and partnership disputes, commercial torts, contract disagreements, real estate litigation, intellectual property conflicts, and personal injury cases. He has served as lead counsel on appeal in the Ninth Circuit and California Courts of Appeal, and as lead trial counsel in Federal and State Courts in California. He is licensed in California and admitted to practice in various federal courts, and has appeared in actions in Texas, Florida, Illinois, and New York.
