About Valerie
After receiving her undergraduate degree in Political Science from Southwestern University in Georgetown, Texas in 1992, birth injury attorney Valerie Farwell graduated from the University of Houston Law Center in 1995. She was licensed to practice law in 1995. She is also licensed to practice before the United States District Courts in the Eastern and Southern Districts of Texas, as well as the Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals. She is a member of the State Bar of Texas, Texas Young Lawyers Association, and the Association of Trial Lawyers of America. As a birth injury lawyer, Valerie is dedicated to helping children who have suffered serious injuries during birth, such as cerebral palsy or shoulder dystocia, afford the expensive medical care they will need. Her work at the law firm of Cappolino Dodd Krebs LLP has helped her become experienced in all the areas of birth trauma law.
