Vance Dunnam, Jr., was born in Waco, Texas, on September 5, 1953, where he has lived most of his life. He graduated from Baylor University in 1974 with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree and a major in accounting and from Baylor Law School in 1977 with a Juris Doctor degree having concentrated his studies in Business Law, Estate Planning - Probate Law, and Real Estate Law.
