Vanessa M. Starke

Vanessa M. Starke grew up in Blue Springs, MO. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Southern California, majoring in Social Sciences with an emphasis in Psychology and minoring in Psychology and the Law. She then attended the University of Missouri School of Law.
