Victor B. Fischbach

Victor B. Fischbach is an attorney with almost 30 years of experience, practicing in South Dakota. He graduated from Creighton University in 1992 and the University of South Dakota School of Law in 1995. He has served as a deputy state’s attorney for Brown County and is currently serving his sixth term as Spink County State’s Attorney. He is also licensed in federal court and has held leadership positions in the South Dakota State’s Attorney’s Association.
