Victor L. Ivy is a law partner at Ivy & Ivy Law Firm, PLLC, joining his son Sam after retiring from 34 years of federal service. He has a distinguished career in public service, including roles as a Tennessee Assistant District Attorney and Chief Prosecutor of the Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Force (OCDETF) at the U.S. Attorney’s Office in Jackson. He has extensive trial experience, having been the lead attorney in over 50 state jury trials and presented hundreds of cases to Federal juries. He is licensed in all Tennessee Courts, U.S. District Court Western District, and U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit, and is an Emeritus Master of the Howell Edmunds Jackson Inn of Court.
