Victor Martinez was admitted to practice law in the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico in 2005. He holds a Juris Doctor from the University of Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Economics from the Mayagüez Campus of the University of Puerto Rico. He worked for 20 years for private companies in Puerto Rico and later as a solo practitioner dedicated to Immigration Law and Small and Medium Businesses.
