About Victoria
Victoria’s legal work is focused on helping clients with Personal Injury and Workers’ Compensation claims. As part of her work, she regularly assists clients with seeking medical treatment for their injuries, filing for compensation for work-related injuries through the Bureau of Workers’ Compensation, obtaining and understanding medical evidence, and interacting with counsel from insurance and coal companies. Victoria also has extensive experience in the US Courts of Appeal including writing briefs to and performing oral arguments in front of court panels.
