About Vincent
Vincent Robertson, an Alabama native, served in the United States Marine Corps from 1982 to 2002. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from Bluefield College (1999), a Master of Science in Human Resource Management from Troy State University (2000), and a Juris Doctor from Regent University (2003). He has represented hundreds of clients and tried thousands of cases, serving as general counsel for businesses, churches, and charitable organizations. He was an elected Commonwealth’s Attorney for Sussex County, Virginia, and a Senior Assistant Attorney General for Virginia. Vincent works in the Hopewell office, specializing in asset protection, business law, compliance, employment agreements, contracts, civil litigation, family, and juvenile law. He is in good standing with the Virginia State Bar and U.S. Federal District Courts for Eastern and Western Virginia. He is a member of Who’s Who Among American Lawyers and the National Black Lawyers Top 100. He is also an adjunct professor at Virginia State University and the Crater Criminal Justice Training Academy. He enjoys golfing, dancing, mentoring, and community service with his fraternity (Omega Psi Phi) and his wife's sorority (Delta Sigma Theta).
