W. Kent Winingham

Kent Winingham earned his J.D. from Loyola University Chicago School of Law in 2015, where he made the Dean’s List each year. After law school, Kent practiced at a prominent personal injury firm in downtown Chicago. While Kent’s practice focused primarily on cases of nursing home neglect and abuse, he litigated a variety of personal injury and medical malpractice cases to trial. Since moving back to Indianapolis to join WKW in 2017, Kent has tried multiple cases to verdict.
