W. Michael Burnham II

About W.

W. Michael Burnham II was born and raised in the Southern Judicial Circuit. He started his career with Roger J. Dodd in 1996 and became a partner in 2008. He earned his J.D. from Samford University’s Cumberland School of Law. He is twice certified in standardized field sobriety testing and in Georgia’s Intoxilyzer 5000 and 9000. He is also trained and certified in NHTSA’s Advanced Roadside Impaired Driving Enforcement (ARIDE) course. He is a past President of the Valdosta Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (VACDL) and current regional Vice President of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (GACDL).
