Walter has been practicing law in the state of Oklahoma since 1979. His practice emphasis is on Social Security Disability. In 1989 - 1992 Walter served as a Municipal Judge for the City of Del City, while also maintaining his private practice. In 2013, while practicing his private practice, Walter served as a Special Municipal Court Judge. Walter has been married for 47 years to Connie who is a Professional Author. Their only son Wessley Albert, travels America as part of a Rock/Jam/Indie Band Perpetual Groove for the last 20 years.
