Ward I. Richter

Ward Richter (retired) practiced civil litigation, focusing on general liability claims, defense of lawyers and accountants in professional liability claims, insurance coverage and bad faith litigation, and commercial litigation. He served as a law clerk for a U.S. District Judge before joining Bell, Moore & Richter in 1974. He has an 'AV-Preeminent' rating by Martindale-Hubbell. He was a charter member and past president of the Wisconsin Chapter of the American Board of Trial Advocates and is a Fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers.
