
About Warner
A native of Houston, Texas, Warner Hocker began his legal career as a law clerk at Mithoff Law in 2005, joining the firm as an attorney in 2010. His legal practice focuses on aviation, admiralty and maritime, securities, product liability, commercial and business disputes, and premises liability. He has completed the Applied Aircraft Accident Investigation Short Course at Lewis University and has been featured by the Houston Chronicle for his work in aviation litigation. Warner received his BA at the University of Texas at Austin, as well as an LLB and Diploma in Legal Practice from The University of Edinburgh in Scotland. He then graduated from South Texas College of Law with a J.D., summa cum laude, and was a member of the Order of the Lytae and the Law Review. Warner is bilingual and provides translation services for the firm’s Spanish-speaking clients. He is an avid traveler and has traveled to more than 80 countries on six continents.
