Warren S. Alperstein

Warren S. Alperstein received his Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from The George Washington University in 1993 and his Juris Doctorate from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 1996. He served as a judicial law clerk and then as an Assistant State’s Attorney for Baltimore City from 1997 to 2001, prosecuting thousands of cases.
