About Wayne
Wayne’s expertise encompasses many areas of personal injury law, including maritime injuries suffered by crew members and cruise ship passengers. In his more than twenty years of practice, Wayne has achieved great results for clients injured through the negligence of others, including car accidents, motorcycle accidents, construction site injuries, and cruise ship injuries. He also has extensive experience in commercial litigation, construction defect and appellate law. Before representing injured persons, Wayne worked on the “other side” for an insurance defense firm, representing construction companies, vessel owners and a major cruise line - Holland America. Prior to law school, Wayne served as a commissioned officer with the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and obtained a Third Mate license from the United States Coast Guard.
