Wayne Smith received his J.D. from the University of Pacific, McGeorge School of Law in 1985, where he was awarded the American Jurisprudence Award for Constitutional Law. He has extensive experience in employment law, representing employees in wrongful termination, retaliation, harassment, and discrimination matters, and has secured multiple seven-figure settlements and significant trial verdicts, including a $21 Million verdict in an elder abuse/wrongful death case.
