Wayne Spivak brings over 25 years of bankruptcy experience to the Benenati Law Firm. He previously served as a senior bankruptcy managing attorney and as staff attorney for the Standing Chapter 13 Trustee Laurie Weatherford in Orlando, gaining firsthand insight into successful Chapter 13 cases. He applies this knowledge to assist clients in Orlando and Kissimmee. Before his legal career, Wayne spent 9 years in the U.S. Navy and 7 years as a Claims Representative for the Social Security Administration.
