Wendy Tobias is a 2001 graduate of Tulane Law School. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Penn State University in 1998. Prior to joining Hannum Feretic Prendergast & Merlino, LLC, Ms. Tobias was an associate at a general practice law firm where she concentrated her practice in the area of defense litigation, handling a wide array of claims on behalf of property owners, utility companies and manufacturers, including premises liability, motor vehicle, New York State Labor Law and asbestos exposure matters. Ms. Tobias has also practiced in the area of estate litigation and administration, representing clients in various Surrogate’s Court proceedings including contested probate, accounting and turnover proceedings.
