Whitney A. Wayne earned her J.D. from the University of Arkansas School of Law in 2013. She passed the Texas Bar Exam in November 2013 and later the Arkansas bar exam. She has extensive experience in criminal defense, including death penalty defense, and has tried cases from municipal court tickets to murder trials over the last 13 years. She joined the Kyle Law Firm in 2023.
