About Whitney
Whitney Welsh brings nearly two decades of courtroom experience, courage, and compassion to her work as a trial lawyer at Hepworth Holzer. She is a fearless advocate known for her compassion and commitment to justice, specializing in representing those who have been wronged. Whitney speaks Spanish and emphasizes clear communication. She earned her J.D. with honors from the University of Montana School of Law, where she won the Best Appellate Brief award. Prior to joining Hepworth Holzer, she spent nineteen years as a prosecutor in the Ada County Prosecutor’s Office, litigating serious felony and domestic-violence cases and earning the Idaho State Bar’s Denise O’Donnell-Day Pro Bono Award. She is also a coach for the Boise Brave NICA mountain bike team and a certified yoga instructor.
