About Will

Will Fontenot is the founder and principal attorney at Fontenot Law, practicing since 2007. He specializes in family law, estate and trust litigation, and personal injury cases. He has presented arguments before the Utah Supreme Court and graduated in the top twenty percent of his law school class at the University of Utah, where he was a William H. Leary Scholar. He received awards for outstanding performances in Family Law, Administrative Law, and International Business Transactions. He has been recognized as a Super Lawyers Rising Star for four consecutive years. He is a longtime resident of Davis County, Utah, and is fluent in French.
