William A. D'Alton was born in New Milford, Connecticut in 1963. He obtained his law degree from the University of Montana and was admitted to the Montana State Bar in 1995. After working for the Yellowstone County Public Defender's Office and the Brown Law Firm, P.C., he founded D'Alton Law Firm in 2008. With over 20 years of experience, Mr. D'Alton has tried jury cases in various Montana courts and handled appeals before the Montana Supreme Court and the U.S. Court of Appeals, 9th Circuit. He represents both plaintiffs and defendants and is a member of several legal associations.
