William A. Dean is the managing partner at Ford, Dean & Rotundo, P.A. He received his B.A. in history from Union College in 1992 and his J.D. cum laude from New York Law School in 1997. He previously served as an Assistant State Attorney for the Miami-Dade State Attorney's Office, prosecuting violent felony crimes and organized narcotic traffickers. In private practice, he focuses on representing victims of nursing home and assisted living facility abuse, as well as patients suffering from pressure wounds. Mr. Dean has secured hundreds of millions of dollars in verdicts and settlements, including an eight-figure jury verdict by age 32. He is Board-Certified in Civil Trial Law by the Florida Bar and the National Board of Trial Advocacy. He is admitted to practice in Florida, Massachusetts, New York, Georgia, the U.S. Supreme Court, and various federal jurisdictions.
