William ('Bill') Aquilino is an attorney with a diverse background, including insurance defense, medical malpractice, personal injury law, and financial services. He holds an MBA and a Master’s Degree in Human Resources from The University of Scranton. He is a Senior Certified Professional by SHRM (SHRM-SCP) and HRCI (SPHR), and certified in Ethical Leadership by NASBA. He is also an adjunct professor at Penn State University-Scranton Campus and the University of Scranton. He joined Toczydlowski Law during the Covid pandemic, focusing on criminal defense, probate, divorce, guardianship, custody disputes, and corporate litigation.
