William B. Fecher

William B. Fecher is a 1987 magna cum laude graduate from the University of Dayton School of Law. During law school, he was a member of the Law Review and had an article published in the 1986 Dayton Law Review. Prior to Law School, he graduated from Greenhills High School in 1980 and then from Butler University in 1984.
