William "Bill" E. Phillips

Bill was born in Richmond, Virginia in 1960 and moved to Lynchburg at age 13, graduating from E.C. Glass High School in 1978. He married Margaret, also a practicing attorney, in 1990. His hobbies include traveling and attending professional baseball games. Bill is a member of the Virginia State Bar, Virginia Bar Association, Lynchburg Bar Association, Campbell County Bar Association, the American Board of Trial Advocates, and the Fellows of the Virginia Law Foundation.
