William “Billy” Parker

Attorney William “Billy” Parker was born and raised in Jesup, Georgia. He graduated with honors from Wayne County High School. He attended Mercer University in Macon, Georgia, where he was part of the NCAA FCS Football Program and many community service projects, graduating Summa Cum Laude. After graduation, Billy took a managerial position at a lumberyard before deciding to pursue a career in law.
