William Carl Miller

William Carl Miller, known as Billy, is a lawyer who grew up in Biloxi. After serving in the Navy and a music career, he earned an English undergraduate degree from the University of South Alabama in 1983 and a Master's in English Literature in 1985. He then attended Ole Miss Law School, admitted to practice in 1988.
